Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences aims to become the tallest residential tower in the world.
On November 9, Jacob & Co announced the Burj Binghatti project. Known for its stunning watches and jewelry, Jacob & Co. is a company with a clear mission: “making the impossible reality.”
The ultra-modern tower, like all of their projects, is “inspired by the impossible,” according to a message from their official Twitter account.
The upscale jewelry brand has teamed up with Binghatti, an Emirati real estate developer in Dubai, for this project.
It is approximately 104 floors up, according to a Dubai property search website.
The 101-floor Princess Tower, which rises 414 meters, is the tallest tower in Dubai at the moment.
In addition to two and three-bedroom suites, an infinity pool, and on-site concierge services with private chefs, bodyguards, chauffeurs, and drivers, the tower will be situated in Business Bay.
Since a high-end jewelry manufacturer is involved in this partnership, we can anticipate some sparkle in the architecture.
According to Muhammad Binghatti, CEO of Binghatti: ‘We took inspiration from the complex horological movements that beat in Jacob & Co timepieces and we integrated them into the key elements of the tower.’ he said in an interview with Arabian Business.
He said: a diamond-shaped spire sits at the peak of the tower is reminiscent of an actual crown, an ornament of unique finesse inspired by the design of Jacob & Co’s finely cut gems. He added that it is a signature feature that will add further grandeur to the city’s skyline.
